The Program

The world’s most respected medical associations have long recognised the validity of hypnotherapy and the effectiveness of hypnosis as a therapeutic intervention. Hypnotherapy has been approved by the medical and scientific establishment as far back as the nineteenth century. Research has shown that Hypnotherapy combined with behavioural therapy is more effective than other methods used for quitting smoking.

There are different types of smokers and they require different methods of support, but our method incorporates strategies based on current research in psychology and neuroscience. We will work to identify the triggers and associations that keep you smoking to help you to break these. Preparing you and supporting you to deal with the things that keep you stuck in old patterns by establishing new strategies and support you to create new ways to support yourself.
