CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

The deposit for Quit Smoking program must be processed by credit or debit card over the phone on booking of appointment to secure the appointment date. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy require at least 24 hours notice. Any request to reschedule a session will not be unreasonably withheld. Any request for a refund for advance paid sessions cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours will be made by direct payment to your bank account.

If an emergency requires Key Hypnotherapy to cancel your session, as much notice as possible will be given to you. If this notice is less than 24 hours you will be entitled to a full refund for the session if you prefer not to reschedule. When we schedule an appointment for you, we deem that scheduled appointment as a definite booking and as such we will be investing preparation time prior to your appointment, in order to give you tailor-made treatment. Although standard techniques are employed, there is no such thing as ‘standard, one-size-fits-all’ therapy we have created that time personally for you.

In case of cancellation, the client needs to call us at least 24 hours before their appointment time to have their deposit refunded.
